You would often get put off by the sheer impossibility of things, but would marvel and how the Lord, with His abundant grace and love, made them possible. I did, and i'm amazed at how He works in our lives. =)

I think i've survived school thus far. SCHOOL IS MONOTONOUS, but thanks to the good company and slots of free periods here and there where i can make good use of and sleep, i'm sane. =D My ankle currently enjoying a stress free holiday as my physiotherapist has given me an excuse letter to let my ankle rest. He said that my ankle was as bad as before as the scar tissue that previously wasnt there due to repeated physiotheraphy sessions came back. PE and trainings would be very foreign to me for the next few weeks. HAHA. nah, dont count in trainings, i still have to go down and it's really agonizing to go down there and not be able to train. it's like showing a hungry mouse a chunk of cheese and not letting it eat it.

LA MIAN LA MIAN!! random, but relevant. litz and i are going on our belated valentine's day date at la mian xiao long bao! TMR'S AN EARLY DAY TOO! so that's another reason worth celebrating.

i'm currently listening to a cd which is a joint collaboration between ray brown on the bass, monty alexander on the piano and russell malone on the guitar. i've only heard of ray brown so i'm rather sua ku. haha! it's real good, but they dont have vocals, so it really the kind that i like. but it's therapeutic, it would make a bad day be good. haha!

after attending a dialogue session with the school alumni in the morning, which turned out to be a mass complain session for all the ccas, i went down to marina square to watch kk perform at danceworks. didnt really went down to support nj, but i'm glad i did. COS THEY WERE GOOD and i'm impressed. ok that's all for today, i've got a newfound respect for western dance. haha! bye!

my timetable sucks! i thought it was fine in the beginning, but i'm now rather annoyed with it cos i end late for 4 out of the 5 schooldays. 4.30 for mondays, 5.20 for tuesdays, 4.30 for thursdays and 5.20 for fridays. wednesday isnt really counted as an early day cos everyone ends at that time too.

this calls for a trip to the supermarket to stock up on warheads to keep me awake for these long days. but thursday's good irregardless of what cos there's crescent training and i'm going with aleee to train! =D

let me mention something else. ac boy's sighting's are getting freaky. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN THINGS GET SO COINCIDENTAL!?!

a blister had formed on my leg as a result of wearing new shoes during chinese new year. i thought it highly resembled one of the bubbles of a bubble wrap and i had quite a bit of fun squishing it. BUT, this cute blister had to burst and it hurt. stupid blister.

overall hongbao haul over the short cny weekend was not too bad, considering that i hardly visited anyone/ hardly anyone came. yay! monehh monehh monehh... =D

TODAY,
the dreaded pe lesson that i so wanted to pon this morning turned out fine. she didnt single me out to ask about last week's disappearance but my name was the first to be called out during attendance taking. i strongly suspect this was deliberate, cos she took a good look at me then. but i'm still glad cos pe was slack. this means that the bad times are yet to come. hooray!

but, school is starting to suck a little bit. THE MACLAURIN'S TUTORIAL IS DRIVING ME NUTS and there's test run for hockey tmr. i wanna get back my 12.10 timing, NOWWWWWWW. hahaha.

i saw a fat bird and a parrot which was purely white in colour on the way to school. interesting observations to kick start a day. our class was supposed to wear either a green or orange top and jeans and some of us girls wore the exact same shade of green so we were squealing excitedly at the coincidence at the parade square. i think people from the surrounding classes thought we were nuts. =D anyway, ponned the zhong guo jie competition and went for the nj superstar performance at lt1 instead. grace, jeremy, keith and cil did a great job, so it was a little sad that they weren't the top 3. they were the only band!! haha.

went for a very very last minute cny shopping with lingyi wanyi and shuqi and it was absolutely tiring. wanyi and shuqi left halfway cos they were bored. HA. but i managed to buy my skirt and shoes!! the shoes weren't my first choice though, COS THE SHOP DIDNT STOCK MY SIZE. argh. why why why. i'm generally happy, so it's ok. edwin joined lingyi and i at around 6 so we helped him shopped for clothes too. i finally realised that shopping for guy's clothes is actually quite a tough job too. i thought it was really really easy cos a guy would just pick up something and voila he's done. insights... haha! ok i shall force myself to finish whatever homework there is over the weekend. yay! i've just finished typing a 1600+ (yes, i used word count) email to mr barber about the going-on's here. if only i could write as much for my regular essays.

today's the eve of the eve of chinese new year and i'm gonna go with lingyi to shop for new year clothes! i don't actually care about the chinese practice of buying new clothes to usher in the new year, but i'm pretending that i do so i get money to buy new clothes. =D

it's only the 2nd day of proper lessons and i've already started ponning lessons. well, not lessons, but A lesson. you can't exactly call it a lesson cos it's pe and i'm glad i did so, encouraging dear sharon to pon along with me, to do chem. i know i'll get into trouble with jacqueline lim soon, so, do wish me luck.

anyway, my timetable isn't that good cos i'm ending at 5.30 for 3 out of 5 days but at least i dont have to switch to a different subject combination, so all is going well. i'll see how the week goes. I'LL SURVIVE MAN! haha.

now comes to the ranting bit.
i shall say it out plainly. i dont like trainings. i'll correct that, i don't like trainings without mr ali. it's unfulfilling, demoralizing and frustrating. i feel the same way as how i felt in ip1, or maybe much worse. should i just lower my expectations? argh.
